ECOWAS The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Court of Justice, Abuja, has dismissed an application filed by the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) against the Federal Government. The Community Court of Justice of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) has dismissed six-year application number: CW/CCJ/JUD/08/21 filed by the registered trustees of the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) against the federal government.
