Gilden, a 2022 Aransas Pass High School graduate, joined the Navy four years ago.
Seaman Kynadi Alleman, a native of Lafayette, Louisiana, joined the Navy one year ago. She's a graduate of Acadiana High School.
“Without WTIs, I can’t produce more WTIs. Without the WTIs, I can’t do advanced training. I can’t do development. I can’t do experimentation. I can’t influence the requirements process,” he said.
