So it doesn't really matter so much what we think is going to happen. unless we can be sure of it, we still need to be prepared for a range of different eventualities which might include a big covid wave, but it might also mean that we still need to do whatever we can do to keep surgery going, so that patients who need urgent cancer care, for example, are still guessing that, and that is really the challenge, it's the uncertainty. the nhs needs to be as agile and as flexible as possible and i think it has been the most agile and flexible it has been in the last two years than i can ever rememb...
