The Ministry of Health’s (MoH) COVID-19 Vaccine Intention Survey found that 59 per cent of respondents would definitely or likely take the COVID-19 vaccine when it becomes available in Brunei Darussalam.
Meanwhile, 33 per cent were unsure at this stage and only eight per cent of survey reported that they would definitely not or were unlikely to take the vaccine.
The findings of the survey – administered via the BruHealth app from January 15 to 28 and received 50,658 responses – were revealed by the MoH in a press statement yesterday.
According to the survey, the majority of respondents (81 per cent) believed that getting a COVID-19 vaccine was either very important or moderately important for their health, while 15 per cent thought that getting a COVID-19 vaccine was less important for their health. ....
