She was born on September 8, 1968 in Prince Frederick, MD, to John Benjamin Swarey and Melba Lee (Edgell) Swarey. An educated woman with a drive to become the best version of herself, Tammy worked as the Assistant Director of Survey Support at NCQA. She made many wonderful friends and loved her position.
