Kite-surfer Rescued off Dollymount By Mike Gilmore A kite-surfer has been rescued after coming into difficulty off Sutton Strand on the Northside.  An emergency call prompted the dispatch of Coast Guard rescue chopper 116 along with a Howth RNLI lifeboat to locate the person in question.  Rescue teams located the surfer about 300 metres off Dollymount Beach, unable to return to shore. Lifeboat teams then returned them to the carpark at Dollymount, where no further assistance was required.
