The Lahore High Court's (LHC) Rawalpindi bench has formed a two-member commission to look into complaints stemming from the closure of routes and business centres due to the cricket match between Pakistan and South Africa at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium that began on Thursday.
Advocate Malik Saleh Mohammad filed a petition on behalf of a citizen, Zahidul Islam, wherein it was stated that the district administration had closed the roads due to a test match at RCS. He claimed that the move was in violation of basic human rights.

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 31st Jan, 2021 ) :The City TrafficPolice (CTP) Sunday finalized traffic plan for the second test match being played between Pakistan and South Africa.
CTP will make efforts to regulate traffic in adjacent areas of the RawalpindiCricket Stadium where the test match is scheduled to be played fromFebruary 4 till February 8, said Senior Traffic Officer (STO) Syed Abid Abbas Shah.
He shared that the main Double Road would remain closed for all kind of traffic.
He urged commuters to cooperate with the police performing duties during the cricket match.

The Rawalpindi City Traffic Police (CTP) on Friday issued a traffic plan for the second test match between Pakistan and South Africa.
CTP will make efforts to regulate traffic in adjacent areas of the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium where the test match is scheduled to be played from February 4 till February 8, said Senior Traffic Officer (STO) Syed Abid Abbas Shah.
He shared that the main Double Road would remain closed for all traffic from beginning till the conclusion of the practice session and the match every day. He urged commuters to cooperate with the police performing duties during the cricket match.
