From pancakes to burgers: Former IHOP A-frame razed to make way for Shake Shack
Originally built to house an International House of Pancakes and more recently home to Pancakes R Us, the Costa Mesa restaurant was a large presence at 333 E. 17th St. A smaller structure will replace it.
