Synoptic Frequencies 9 Synoptic Frequencies is a quarterly event series featuring experimental musicians performing in sacred spaces. This edition will take place in the afternoon at the National Building Arts Center, a unique space in Sauget; a museum, architectural salvage yard, art gallery, and historic preservation library.
