When high school isn't enough: 4 N.W.T. students on upgrading to go post-secondary
Kasandra Migwi of Behchokǫ̀, N.W.T., is in her second year of study at the University of Alberta, but it took a series of upgrading courses for her to get accepted. "I wish I had a little bit more support … within the school system," she says.
