Power Outages Affecting More Than 1,000 Oklahomans UPDATE (8:36 p.m. December 13, 2020): Power outages are being gradually restored across the state over the last four hours, but some in cities as far west as Oklahoma City and as far east as Muskogee are still without electricity. According to OG&E's System Watch map, more than 1,200 (1,221) Oklahomans remain without electricity. The OG&E outages are concentrated in four areas: Oklahoma City (591), Sapulpa (395), Marland (126) and Muskogee (109).
