Chest level in lower lafit, it's up to the roofs. we were get ting reports that te water was rising. and overnight, it seems to be a terrible condition. so i'm hoping for very good survival rates. it must have been horrifying evening for people stranded in water in the dark since last night. obviously we have system f failures in upper jefferson with no water, no electricity no, commun communication. >> so if you're talking about water up to the roof and people riding out the storm by the way
