The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (“TDEC”) and TA Operating, LLC (“HPTTA”) entered into a December 2nd Consent Order and Assessment (“Consent Order”) addressing an alleged violation of a Clean Water Act National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (“NPDES”) permit.
