One man was killed and eight other people were wounded at an outdoor gathering on a west Philadelphia street almost exactly two days after an earlier homicide on the same block, police said.
The fire was reported around 4:45 p.m. in the area of N. Nelson Road and E. Nelson Circle, according to the Olathe Fire Department.
Further investigation in the matter is underway
According to police, the initial investigation shows another man may have accidentally discharged his gun, hitting the victim.
