Voters. right now it is a question of whether there are any voters to be redistributed. one candidate is making an overflay for something rick perry's departure makes possible for him. cnn decided to disqualify one of the candidates all thoeg. they decided not to allow jim gilmore in to either the debate or kids' table event. that got down to 16. of the 16 they would take ten and put them in big debate and six in the kids' table debate. after that, cnn changed the rules and decided instead of ten they would take 11 and put them in the primetime debate and five candidates in the other debate, 1...
