Otter Tail County reported 153 active cases on Jan. 12, an increase of 45 active cases over the previous week, said Otter Tail County Public Health.

The mill building at Phelps Mill Park, near Underwood, Minnesota, will be closed until September for renovations, according to a Otter Tail County news release. The park will remain open for visitors throughout the year.
