國防大學校長張哲平疑涉共諜案北檢：列被告近日傳訊 - 社會

據了解，由於疫情期間，檢調對執行專案較為謹慎，因此台北地檢署不願透露是否已約談過張哲平。
檢監監控多年發現，中共軍委政治工作部廣州分局轄下的廣東省海外聯絡辦公室，自2012年起指派香港謝姓商人，以商人身分作掩護，以經商名義來台，透過退役陸軍中校魏先儀牽線，約甫晉升中將的張哲平及妻子謝漢秋至桃園遊湖吃飯。
之後，謝姓商人密集宴請謝漢秋，並頻頻送禮示好，甚至還招待她至香港旅遊，2016年，謝再度從香港入境台灣，再透過魏先儀及退役的空軍少將錢耀棟，邀約時任空軍作戰指揮部中將指揮官的張哲平及多名空軍軍官在距離調查局本部不遠的捷運新店區公所站旁的餐廳飲宴。
據了解，調查局監控本案超過5年，原本是偵辦另一起共諜案時，查出港商謝男涉嫌為中共軍方來台發展組織，發現有多名退役將領� ....
