Yukon government asks for Takhini elk herd lawsuit to be thrown out The territorial government was in court Thursday asking for a lawsuit by a rancher in the Takhini Valley to be thrown out. Wayne Grove sued the government last year alleging it failed to properly manage the wild elk, which have damaged his property and negatively impacted his business. Social Sharing
