A civil society organisation, the Elites Network for Sustainable Development (ENetSuD) has released the breakdown of the contract sum for a N2.4 billion flyover in Ilorin the Kwara State capital, for public scrutiny.   This is contained in a statement signed by Comrade Gambari Volvo, Director of Investigation and Public Petition (Kwara Central), noting that the contract for the project was awarded on December 13, 2021, to City International Dimensions.
