Waite Park Man Receives Felony Charge After Accidentally Firing Gun in Apartment
Stearns County Jail (KNSI) – A Waite Park man is charged with a felony after he called police saying he had accidentally fired a gun in his apartment. A Stearns County District Court criminal complaint says 23-year-old Tanner John Thill called police just after 9 p.m. Wednesday. Officers responded to the building near the 1400 blcok of 7th Street South in Waite Park. The complaint says Thill was visibly intoxicated when officers arrived.
