Level of maintenance they've been doing. a building like that should not collapse in this sort of way based on routine maintenance. there were severe issues in the report. i noted them on page seven. however, the work was starting to get underway. i can't speak for the building official. i was on the commission at the time, and this report did not come to my attention until it was released to the media. and that's the first time i had a look at it. i never received complaints from anyone personally. i respond to my emails, i respond to phone calls. and the issues that were brought to my attent...
