you just nailed it. when i was on the tarmac delay task force, the biggest conversation that we had was all about situational awareness and that there needed to be teams of people that work for tsa, border patrol, the airport, the airline, and the faa, all in communication with each other so that they could coordinate appropriately to get people off of planes. each airport has to have a team and they have to communicate with each different body in order to get these folks off and get them taken care of. the priority should always be the passengers safety and i guarantee you, it s not safe to have people, especially when seven out of every 100 people is diabetic, you have a lot of compromised health going on on these flights that needs to be taken care of and they can t possibly take care of themselves. sure. it could certainly get a lot worse. kate, thank you so much. people really have to think about what s going on. maybe somebody is taking notes and maybe we ll see perhaps a di
