The incident took place around 10:18 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 13, when the Tarrytown Police Department received an emergency call from a resident reporting that an unidentified woman had just jumped into the Hudson River in the area of the River Walk. Tarrytown Police, Tarrytown Ambulance, and Tarrytown Fire Department units were immediately dispatched to the area. Upon arrival at the scene, officers located the unidentified female who was approximately 20 feet off the shoreline bulkhead and struggling in the water, said Tarrytown PD Lt. Greg Budnar. ....
