A popular walking trail in the region has been named in a national newspaper’s list of the country’s best. Isaac’s Tea Trail, which takes place over 36 miles across the North Pennines after starting in Allendale, has been named third on a list by The Guardian featuring walks where you won’t see anyone else. It’s important to study the map and choose a route carefully. Avoid any suggestion of cafes and pubs.
