Students of William Matthew Middle School Special Education instructor Jacinda Rhoads, who are working with Team Rhoadsters Café, have been selected as the Adair County SB40 December Spotlight Award recipients. This class of nine students has been nominated in recognition of their contribution to Kids Inclusion in the community.
