WARNER ROBINS, Ga. -- Some big changes are coming to Robins Airforce Base in the near future. The process of phasing out the J-STAR program will begin in 2022. It all came out in a meeting between Secretary Roth, Georgia Senators Ossoff and Warnock, and Middle Georgia representative Austin Scott. Phasing out the J-STARS is just the first step toward Robins completing four new missions from the Pentagon.
