(Grand Forks, ND) -- The Grand Forks Growth Fund is moving forward with a tech contract. The final amount authorized Monday for a Tech Accelerator contract with West Fargo-based High Point Network was over 560-thousand dollars. Community Development Director Meredith Richards says nearly 120-thousand of the budget will go toward network security. The rest will pay for
High Point Networks will continue on as tech contractor for the Tech Accelerator project, and it will present a set monetary value for the change orders before the next Jobs Development Authority meeting April 4.
The North Dakota city's Technology Accelerator project is now underway in the Grand Forks Herald building, and there have been big changes made already during the first weeks of the project.
The renovation is expected to mostly be complete in August.
