Emery Mushagalusa Mudinga is a lecturer, researcher and consultant based at the Institute for Rural Development Studies – ISDR Bukavu - DR. Congo. He holds a PhD in Political and Social Sciences from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve and a Master’s degree in Development studies.
