Bhd group has secured an operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts and three information, communication & technology (ICT) jobs worth US$99.6mil (RM408.80mil). It announced to Bursa Malaysia its unit SDIT International Ltd bagged an ICT contract while its 49% associate Serba2C India Private Limited secured two ICT contracts in India. Its 75% owned PT Serba Dinamik Indonesia secured one O&M contract. “The combined estimated contract value of the contracts secured above is approximately US$99.60mil, ” it said. SDIT will provide the design, installation and commission and facilitation of integrated adaptive traffic management system to Captive Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd in India.
Serba Dinamik bags local, overseas contracts worth combined RM548 million PETALING JAYA : Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd revealed that it has secured a slew of contracts in Malaysia, Indonesia and India with a combined estimated value of US$135.8 million (RM548.2 million).
