Evidentiary hearings in regard to Patel and Shreedhar will be held on Dec. 12, although the court tentatively ruled that Schaefer did not meet the burden of proof for a restraining order against Shreedhar.
The process was initiated after claims of Schaefer’s negligence of her position were made by members of A.S. beginning late September.
The strike follows internal dysfunction within Associated Student and allegations of Schaefer’s neglect of her position.
