St. Joseph the Worker musician loses granddaughter hit by car

Laura Bissonnette The 9-year-old granddaughter of Laura Bissonnette, a keyboardist for St. Joseph the Worker Parish in Southeast Portland, was hit and killed by a car March 6. Bissonnette’s daughter, Victoria Martins-Read, and 2-year-old granddaughter, Maggie, were injured but survived. A memorial service for Baylei will be held at St. Joseph the Worker March 27.
