Telegram is down. Some of the users have reported that they are experiencing issues related to accessing the app, while a few are not able to log in to the app.  

Telegram Messenger has added support for in-app translation, allowing users to read messages in their preferred language. The messaging service has also added support for spoiler text formatting on its apps, and added support for themed QR codes for users and groups with a public username. Telegram users will also be able to react to messages using emoji, similar to iMessage, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram.

Telegram has been spotted working on a message reactions feature. As per a post on Reddit, Telegram has a default selection of 11 reaction emoji now. Telegram group admins can disable the emoji feature in groups. They can also allow a limited selection of reaction emoji.

Some significant features include protected content in groups and channels, deleting messages by date, log in via calls, and many others.

The shared media section on Telegram allows a user to access all the media files shared in the chat in one place. Telegram users will get other new features.
