Richards, Carroll speaks to Kiwanis Club
Former Kaufman County Judge Hal Richards, who is a volunteer pilot, and Melanie Carroll, Executive Director of Angel Flight, gave an extremely informative presentation April 16 at the Terrell Kiwanis Club.
