Sheridan County Commission Denies CUP – Sheridan Media
Sheridan County’s Commissioners reviewed a Conditional Use Permit during their meeting this week, and voted to deny the application after the Planning & Zoning Commission voted to not recommend approval. County Planner Mark Reid explained that the application, by James and Rose Hendrickson, if it had been approved, would have allowed a siding business to be housed and operate from the roughly 1-acre parcel in the Woods Addition, zoned UR-Urban Residential.
