Seeking data on HIV testing of rape survivors and accused, Delhi Commission For Women chairperson Swati Maliwal has issued a notice to the state government’s health department and the police.

The Delhi Commission For Women (DCW) has recommended hospitals to conduct mandatory HIV tests of sexual assault survivors on their first visit.
