ROLE OVERVIEW
The Director of Technology & Information and Management Services (TIMS) (referred to hereafter as “the Director”) provides strategic and programmatic direction for all Information Technology (IT) activities, including knowledge management (KM) strategies and systems, by managing the selection, design, installation, maintenance, documentation, security, and upgrading of IT and KM platforms.
