SAPS refuses to pay for apartheid cop's defence in 'Cosas Four' case
The police ministry remains resolute in refusing to fund the defence of former apartheid security branch cop Christian Rorich, insisting that his part in the 1982 assassination of the "Cosas Four" does not fall within the normal duties of a police officer.
