Two Sheridan City Councilors said their goodbyes at Monday night’s Council meeting, as Patrick Henderson and Thayer Shafer addressed their constituents and colleagues one last time. Henderson spoke first, saying it has been an honor to serve on the Council. Patrick Henderson Thayer Shafer Former City Councilman Thayer Shafer Shafer was a member of the City Council for six years, while Henderson was appointed to fill a vacant seat on the Council in 2017.
