No jail time for bowe bergdahl. could it be? news overnight, military officials recommended against jail time for bow ber dahl for desserting his unit back in 2009. so could he just for time served after being tortured and captured by the taliban for five years. is that enough time? officers saying he s suffered enough because the taliban tortured him and all of that. meanwhile, there are up to ten american and british troops out looking for him who died. several of those were americans. their families wondering why he may basically get off the hook here. these high level military officials some of them believe that it s been enough for being with the taliban for five years. on the other side of this argument is lieutenant colonel tony schafer who has been following the story from the beginning. we had him on the program ....
