Netflix needs to put The Witcher out to pasture.

Through three seasons, Cavill’s evident passion for The Witcher has kept Netflix’s dark fantasy afloat, which made his decision to leave the show after Season 3 troubling for fans. Much of the proceeding discourse has centered on his replacement, Liam Hemsworth.

Fans did not give Henry Cavill some sort of high-note boost as he left The Witcher, and have rated his final two episodes the lowest of the entire series, though obviously it’s through no fault of his own.
