Dubai: 17-year-old steals delivery bike and sets it on fire in Dubai
According to the Dubai Public Prosecution, the teenager was involved in this act of theft and arson with another partner, and now both have been charged with these crimes at the emirate's Juvenile Court. They allegedly stole the bike parked at a restaurant and drove off.
