Traffic is expected to be diverted through the weekend as contractors work to repair the roadway. The project area is marked off with cones to ensure both pedestrian and vehicular traffic are clear of this area. No parking signs are posted along North Franklin to ensure traffic flow through the area since the roadway is narrowed there and traffic is shifted to the right. Capital Transit service is discontinued to the Downtown Library, Franklin and Front Street, and 4th Street.  Passengers are asked to wait for the bus at the Downtown Transit Center. Share
