The 2020 winners of Smyrna Parks and Recreation's prestigious service and leadership awards have been announced. Ed Gleason garnered the Kenneth “Coon” Victory Lifetime Service Award. Sandra Kamel as the 2020 Young Leader Award winner. Both were honored in a modified awards presentation last week.
