The Munich-based machinery manufacturer KraussMaffei Austria to the Austrian family-owned company Luger GmbH. There, it will continue to operate under the name KMAT Maschinen- und Service GmbH. The eight employees of the former KraussMaffei Austria will continue to be employed. The transaction has taken effect on 1 March 2021.
