A 90-minute psychological drama with only two male characters seen in 99 percent of the story romped off with most of the major awards in the first summer Metro Manila Film Festival held on Tuesday night.
Formerly called Ikaw Muna Pilipinas, the volunteer network has 20,000 active members and 200,000 to 300,000 volunteers in 30 provincial chapters, according to secretary-general Elmer Argaño.
