Phillippe joins ShareChat The former Zomato general counsel (GC) GT Thomas Phillippe, who had joined in 2018 and left in June 2020 and was recently replaced by L&L partner Damini Bhalla, has joined ShareChat as GC, according to an update on his Linked-in profile. He had been external general counsel to the app since October 2020, according to Linked-in, but has now joined full-time.

Bhalla joins Zomato L&L Partner Zomato as its general counsel (GC). Zomato is understood to have a legal team of around seven at the moment. The company and Bhalla declined to comment, but a Zomato spokesperson confirmed her joining. The leading food delivery company has been widely reported to be eyeing an initial public offering (IPO) this year to raise up to $1bn, so Bhalla’s role is set to no doubt be a busy one.
