YOUNGSTOWN — John F. Kukura, 37, who is incarcerated at the Correctional Reception Center in Orient, has been indicted on 80 counts of possessing child pornography. His charges accuse him of possessing obscene material that has a minor as one of the participants. The offenses are alleged to have occured on or about Oct. 20, 2020. The charges are each a fourth-degree felony, each punishable by up to 18 months in prison.
