Watch if you dare: Touring Windsor's Black Thorne Manor
Halloween decorations at a home in Forest Glade are aiming not just to scare but to help those in need. The homeowners collect donations for charity from the many who turn out to tour their spooky set up. According to the homeowner, Katie Campbell, the home has attracted more than 200 trick-or-treaters annually since 2020. CBC Windsor video producer Mike Evans stopped by for a tour.
