Three Leaf Partners, a development firm led by Milwaukee Bucks player Pat Connaughton, plans to build a six-story, 247-unit market-rate apartment building at the site of the former Clark Oil corporate headquarters in West Allis.
The two-story, 13,400-square-foot building, at 1737 N. Palmer St., was sold by Connaughton's Three Leaf Development LLC to 1737 N Palmer for $500,000.
The committee voted Tuesday to endorse a zoning change for the project. It is to be built just east of Milwaukee's Downer Avenue business district.
