(KVRR) – Two Moorhead police officers have received Lifesaving Awards and another officer was given the Distinguished Service Award. Three Moorhead officers have been recognized for exceptional actions and service. Two Moorhead Police Officers received Lifesaving Awards and one Officer received the Distinguished Service Award due to actions performed on duty. On December 22, 2020, Officer Maria Bischoff and Officer Anastacia Hermes responded to a call of a female that was not breathing. All other officers were tied up on other calls.
